Knitting Content!

I took a faire isle class about a week ago.  I started a hat for Henry with a skull motif, but had some difficulty with tension and I got messed up on the pattern.  So yesterday morning I ripped it out.  I was heartless!!!!! I went to Crazy Girl Yarn Shop for a stitch and bitch session and got a ton of stuff done!!!!!! TAAAA-DAAAAAAAAA

looks great!!!!!!!!! heard a lot about “fair island” and figure it has something to do with using more than one color or something but not sure. Anyway, the ones I have seen are cheesy 80’s style multicolor things. Yours is cool! Henry will rock withthat hting on! Loved the pics. believe it or not we have internet at work (just found that out and will probably only have it until the bosses figure it out too and take it off!) anyhow showed pics to girls at work – they loved them too!! Big kisses to all of you!!!!!!!!!!

You rock, woman! That’s so awesome! I need to hire you to tutor me! I just finished a plain old striped hat for Tim, but I’m such a ridiculously tight knitter (and of course, he has a gargantuan noggin), the thing barely fits my Henry. And something weird happened with the top, making it look like it has a “reservoir tip” if you get my meaning. UGH! Looking forward to seeing your project on your Henry’s head soon! Take care.
