HH and Grey

Well, Henry and Grey made it.  Grey goes into the new apartment and starts looking for ceiling fans (not really needed in Iowa, but a must have in TN), can’t find the furniture and opens the fridge to find there is nothing it it.  She was appalled.  Henry had to explain that I am bringing the furniture and they will go stock the pantry.  They took a nap and Grey woke him up by sitting up and puking all over the place. I think two days of travel, stress, junk food and no sis and no momma is a little more than her system could take.

Only 5 days, one moving van, 11 millon boxes and 567 miles until we get there….HANG ON GREY, Momma’s coming!

  2. Awe, that made me tear up. Poor thing…change is so hard on anyone, let alone a five year old leaving the only home they’ve always known. I saw her the day they left and she was so excited…didn’t seem like she was a bit concerned about any of it. I hate it when you find out otherwise in these little ones. Don’t worry, before you know it she’ll be talking about there just like she does now about here! Good luck girl..stay safe and keep us posted on the relocation. Just think, the girls will probably have all kinds of snow and maybe their first white Christmas…tell them that, something to look forward to as they adjust!
